How long does my order take to ship?

We strive to ship all orders weekly. Shipping outside of the UK averages 10-14 business days.

Do you offer tracked shipping? 

All shipping is tracked using Royal Mail unless stated otherwise in the product listing.

I live in the European Union - Why can’t I buy through this store?

Due to changes in import laws, anyone buying from online stores who do not have an IOSS number will be charged a tax fee on receiving their item. If you purchase through this store, we will not cover any incurred fees. However, you can avoid the fees by purchasing through Hannah’s Etsy store here.

How are my items shipped? 

Large prints are packaged in carboard tubes, wrapped in protective tissue. Small prints and books are packaged in compostable wallets and carboard backing, then shipped in cardboard envelopes. All other items are packaged in bubble-wrapped envelopes. We have taken care to use eco friendly packaging where possible.

What is your return policy? 

Please contact us within fourteen days of receiving your order so we can resolve any concerns. We do not take responsibility for buyers inputting addresses incorrectly, or if the buyer has moved; in these cases, you will not be refunded.

Where is my order?

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, you will receive a tracking number through which you can track the progress of your item. We are not responsible for shipping or custom delays and cannot influence the postal service on these matters. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after they have been marked as received through the tracking data. If you have still not received your order after twenty-eight business days, please contact us for a refund or replacement.
